About Wrapology
Specializing in vehicle vinyl wraps, the #1 wrap shop in Upstate NY.
Located at 2645 Genesee St, Utica, NY 13501, Wrapology operates as a paint protection film serving Utica in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Auto detailing goes beyond a wash: a full detail typically includes clay bar decontamination, machine polishing to remove swirl marks, a sealant or wax, and a deep interior clean with shampooed carpets and conditioned leather. Detail shops price by vehicle size and condition, and a full interior and exterior detail takes most of a day. Ceramic coatings are a hardened liquid layer applied after paint correction that lasts years rather than weeks and makes washing easier; paint protection film (PPF, or clear bra) is a self-healing urethane wrap that stops rock chips on the hood, bumper and mirrors. Window tint shops apply dyed, carbon or ceramic film to cut heat and glare, subject to each state's visible light transmission limits.

Utica is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Utica follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

LECO HOUSE REBUILD 10 months ago
I messaged him on Instagram to get a quote for a chrome delete on the grille, windows, mirrors, and the roof in gloss black. He gave me a price for everything and confirmed it. We set a date and time, and since his shop is an hour away, I even called him the same day just to make sure the appointment was good. He said yes. I get there, and he’s still working on another car. He made me wait 3 hours. Then after all that waiting, he suddenly tells me the price didn’t include the roof even though I had the messages where he clearly confirmed it. He saw the conversation, admitted he messed up, and still didn’t want to fix it. I even said I’d pay extra just so he could finish the job, and then he told me he couldn’t do the roof anyway because he didn’t have enough material. He told me to come back a few days later… and then never confirmed, never tried to finish the job. Just left it like that. And to make everything worse, a week later the wrap on the mirrors started peeling off. I messaged him again, especially since he said the work had a 2-month warranty. He completely ignored me. This guy is super unprofessional: • Made me drive an hour each way • Had me waiting 3 hours • Didn’t

Could not believe the incredible job that Wrapology did on my Kia telluride! Extremely professional, everyone compliments the color that I chose to have it wrapped in! If you are looking for the best, you would be crazy to go anywhere else.
